It is with deep regret that the Directors of Euro-Gamer Ltd have decided that this will be our last month of trading.  We will no longer be taking on any new customers, but the existing customers will be transferred to an alternative company to host with.

Why are we closing?  Well the online gaming service provider world is extremely competitive and we entered this market place in the belief that we would not overload our servers and that we would try to offer the best performance and the best support around.  But to do this costs a lot of money, time and effort.  We could have bought cheaper equipment etc, but that would have let our customers down, which is something that we were not prepared to do.  So it's with this in mind that we have taken the decision to bow out, hopefully gracefully :P

We have chosen Cybernetic-Servers to take on our customers as we don't want to cause our customers too much disruption.  Also, as some of you may know, Cybernetic are actually located in the same datacenter as our servers.  So you'll stay on the same reliable network, but your IP's will change.  The support Cybernetic offer is excellent, but if you do not wish to carry on your server rental, then could you please let me know?

We will be working with Cybernetic to copy over everything that's currently in your game folder.
